These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl987 ("jl987," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl987 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jl987.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Use the jl987 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

jl987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl987 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
